Reopen 2009

With more and more signs of Spring showing up, it’s time to reopen for
a new exciting season. As the garden and fields get planted we’ll be
concentrating on the bakery and the many local products for sale in the
market and look forward to harvesting the spring crops as soon as we can.

Sandwich Club

Last spring we started a Sandwich Club, offering a variety of sandwiches
on our homemade breads. It was very well received by many. After
purchasing 10 sandwiches your next one is ” on us”. Thank-you to all of
you who participated. We’re ready to do it again!

Spring produce

Produce to be watching for this Spring. Spinach,lettuce,mixed greens,
asparagus and strawberries will all be available soon. We also offer hydro-
ponic lettuce and tomatoes to round out your local fare.

Wedding Pies

Lately I’ve had a number of “brides to be” inquire about fresh-fruit pies for their weddings. Being a pie enthusiast myself I said “why not!”
Of course we will consider any amount needed, but with a 10 or more pie order I’m offering 1 pie free as my gift to the bride and groom. Along with this order comes a 10% discount coupon good on their 1st anniversary. My hope here is to keep the tradition of eating wedding (pie) dessert on the first anniversary.
